Colgate University. Keith was the shooting guard. Chris was the quarterback. Quickly becoming great friends they've always inspired and supported each other on and off the field, especially during their transition from student athletes to coaches. They soon realized there were several similarities in the coaching drills and athletic skill set required for their respective sports. After spending months perfecting their Multisport agility training concept they launched 9d Sports.
After spending 3 years as a starting QB for Colgate football, and leading his team to the D1AA National Championship game for the first time in school history, Chris began coaching youth athletes in 2006. Chris specializes in QB, Receivers and Defensive Backs.
Keith thrives as a personal basketball skills trainer based on the UES with clients ranging from 4th grade to post college. Keith is also a full time physical education teacher at the Saint David’s School.
